What this site is
VoucherReady is an independent information publisher. It helps readers find current HUD sources, identify questions for their local PHA, read source-linked explainers, and organize their own facts into editable drafts.
The free tools
The official-source directory, source-linked articles, and the tools currently listed on our Tools page are free. The tools organize user-supplied information; they do not determine eligibility, benefit amounts, approved rent, inspection results, or legal rights.
The paid product
The Section 8 Landlord Verification Kit costs $49 once. It organizes source links, PHA contacts, forms to verify, property facts, inspection questions, payment records, and next steps. It does not submit forms, replace PHA instructions, or predict approval, inspection, or payment outcomes.
How we make money
New purchases are one-time. New recurring memberships are paused and unavailable. We do not sell personal information.
What we are not
VoucherReady is not affiliated with HUD or any public housing authority, and program specifics vary by PHA. The kit marks clearly what must be confirmed locally. Nothing here is legal advice.
