Agreement
By using VoucherReady, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
What VoucherReady provides
VoucherReady provides independent educational content, official-source navigation, and user-input organizers. It does not submit forms or make eligibility, rent, inspection, deadline, legal, or case decisions.
VoucherReady is an independent information publisher and planning tool, not HUD, a PHA, a housing counselor, or a law firm. We do not submit applications, determine eligibility or benefits, inspect units, provide legal advice, or guarantee any approval, rent, payment, timing, or waitlist outcome. Confirm current requirements and case decisions with the responsible PHA and qualified professionals.
Your information
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for reviewing any generated draft before using it. Do not submit sensitive case information that is not necessary for the tool or purchase.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the service
- Use automated tools to access the service without permission
- Submit false or misleading information
- Resell or redistribute generated documents commercially without authorization
Payments and refunds
The Section 8 Landlord Verification Kit is a $49 one-time purchase processed by Stripe. New recurring memberships are paused and unavailable. The current refund policy is available on the Refund Policy page.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@voucherready.com within 30 days and we will review your case.
Intellectual property
VoucherReady, including its design, content, and tools, is owned by VoucherReady. Documents you generate using our tools are yours to use. The underlying templates, algorithms, and platform remain our property.
Limitation of liability
VoucherReady is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our tools or following our guidance. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
We may restrict access if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing support, subject to records we must retain for fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, or legal obligations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
